Bio Thermales is open to the public for day visits to the hot springs from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is $8 USD or ₡4.000 colones per adult, and $2 USD or ₡1.000 colones per child over 3 years; senior citizens admission is $4 USD or ₡2.000 colones/person.

Day visitors are invited to enjoy our 15 hot and cool springs pools, bathhouses, rainforest trails, and 35 acres of rainforest.

Day visitors are welcome to bring your own picnics, beverages and snacks to enjoy in our 65 ranchos (roofed picnic tables) with grills -- but ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS of any kind, for safety reasons, NO SMOKING and NO PETS.

Bio Thermales sells ice, soft drinks and a limited variety of picnic foods and supplies. Meal delivery service by nearby cafés is available -- or, with advance notice, catering of meals.

Several bathhouses have potable drinking water, changing rooms, bathrooms, and showers. Some are wheelchair accessible, via a cement walkway.

The Rancho Grande, located next to the main bathhouse, may be reserved for events or group visits. The Rancho Grande is a 280 square foot (30 square meters) ramada of traditional rustic design and splendid views of the rainforest. It is equipped with electricity, lights, tables and chairs.
